July Newsletter 2024
Beginning in 1919, my grandfather was involved with a summer camp for boys on the shores of a small Adirondack lake. There’s always much to do when we’re “up at Camp,” but experiencing the Adirondacks is just as important. In July, we listen for the songs of crickets and grasshoppers. In August, we look for shooting stars. In September, we sit out to soak up the waning afternoon sunlight, watching poplar leaves quake and float through nearby woods.
It’s personal for so many who live and visit Adirondack Park. We must do what we can to protect and preserve it all.
We invite you to enjoy our July Newsletter.
